Got nail extensions done from the Sector 46 branch, and within just 15 days they started lifting — clearly poor quality work. Due to a family emergency, I couldn’t report it immediately, but during my refill visit, the technician neither addressed the issue properly nor informed me about any infection.
After removal, I discovered a fungal infection and was casually told to take antifungal medicine. Customer care responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept offering excuses and minimal compensation (10% or a “free service” I clearly refused).
Now I’m dealing with medical expenses and still no proper resolution. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Never gonna visit the place ever again.

I absolutely loved the work done by Kamzee. She did a phenomenal job on my nails with such a beautiful art work which was so fine and clean. I literally adored the kind of hard work she had put in. One must reach out to her as she helps you out with suggestions as what will look good on you and what is trending. I just walked in with my random nail design and to my surprise she did even better than the pictures that I had showed her.

I’ve been visiting this salon for almost a year now and it honestly feels like my comfort place at this point. From the vibe of the studio to the warmth of the artists, everything is always so welcoming and relaxing. What I love the most is the creativity and precision they put into every nail set — the art they create is genuinely beautiful every single time. I had an amazing experience here with nail tech Ashmita. I had a particular preference for my nail design and she made sure i get perfect vacation nails. She even surpassed what i showed her as reference. Amazing job with so much of patience. Attaching a video for all to witness the detailing she did on my hands. 10/10.
